［ギルド］のルール











    

  1. 1 ヘイトスピーチの禁止（特に銀河チャット）
    2. 




  2. 友好同盟への攻撃禁止
    3. 




  3. ROE（サーバー内ルール）の遵守。※下記参照
    4. 




  4. 無関係な同盟員への相手方同盟員からの報復、執拗な個人への攻撃、ステーション攻撃に関しては同盟で対応します。
    5. 




  5. 同盟への迷惑行為の禁止（提督・幹部よりの注意を聞かない、提督からの個チャに返信しない、ルールを守らないなど）
    6. 






※上記を守れない方は同盟を強制的に脱退していただく場合があります。











ROE（交戦規定・サーバ内ルール）

  1. アルマダ・レイド中の船への攻撃禁止。
    2. 




  2. UPC（保護容量以内の貨物・報酬なし）の船への攻撃禁止。0ノード（採掘残量が0で採掘できない状態）の採掘船の場合のみ攻撃可能。
    3. 




  3. トークン星系での攻撃禁止（注）トークン星系での0ノードのみ攻撃可能。
    4. 




  4. 適切な船以外での採掘は攻撃可能。
    ・データ採掘=ボタニー・ベイ　・アイソジェン=メリディアン・未精製ラチナム=ドゥヴォール　・濃縮ラチナム=ドゥヴォール・フィーシャ
    ・異常領域ノード=ヴォイジャー 　・トランソーゲン=セレンスコール ・62以上のプレイヤーは、G6以上の採掘でセルキー以上の調査船を使用する必要があります。
    ※ただし、ヴォイジャーの異常領域を除き、他の資材や資源で勢力採掘船を使用することは可能です。
    5. 




  5. OPC（過剰保護貨物）である軍艦のみが、銀河系全体を通していつでも攻撃を受けることができます。※これはROE3に違反するものではありません。

わかりやすくまとめると





    

  • 採掘船への攻撃は以下の場合可能です。
    • 




  • 通常星系（テリトリー・トークンが必要な星系ではない40以下の星系）ではOPC（保護容量を超えた貨物）と0ノード（採掘残量が0で採掘できない状態）の採掘船場合のみ攻撃可能。0ノードは対象に攻撃するとの通知（英語が望ましい）後、3分経過で攻撃可能となります。
    • 




  • 深宇宙でのガス・クリスタル・鉱石採掘には下記の船を使用すると攻撃対象となります。
    • 




  • デルタ宙域の異常サンプル採掘はボイジャーのみ、それ以外は攻撃可能。
    • 




  • 軍艦（採掘船以外）へのUPC攻撃は不可
    • 




  • ただし、以下の場合は攻撃可能となります。
    • 




  • 軍艦が採掘している場合。
    • 




  • PVPイベント時に指定された星系。
    • 




  • テリトリー戦の防衛・攻撃時。
    • 




  • ステーション防衛時・または略奪時。
    • 




  • 加入同盟が占領しているテリトリーへの侵入船。
    •

  1. Prohibition of hate speech (especially in Galactic Chat)
    2. 




  2. Prohibition of attacks on friendly alliances
    3. 




  3. Compliance with ROE (server internal rules). ※refer to the following
    4. 




  4. The alliance will respond to retaliation from unrelated alliance members, persistent attacks on individuals, and attacks on stations.
    5. 




  5. Prohibition of causing trouble to the alliance (not listening to warnings from admirals and executives, not following rules, etc.)
    6. 






*If you cannot abide by the above, you may be forced to withdraw from the alliance.











ROE (Rules of Engagement)











    

  1. Ships active within Armadas are protected from attack.
    2. 




  2. Any survey ship with zero loot, or considered Under Protected Cargo (UPC) are protected from attack. The exception to this rule is where a survey ship is Zero Node (the mine is depleted) and the ship may then be cleared to mine the node.
    3. 




  3. Token space is protected from loot/over protected cargo hunting. Note – zero node clearing is permitted within token systems.
    4. 




  4. That players utilise the right tool for the right job. Meaning specialty ships and surveys are used appropriately. The following ships will only be protected on their designated materials/resources: 
    4.1 – The Botany Bay on Data 
    4.2 – The Meridian on Isogen 
    4.3 – The D’vor & D’vor Feesha on Raw Latinum & Concentrated Latinum 
    4.4- Voyager on anomaly nodes 
    4.5 – Serene Squall on transogen 
    4.6 – Specifically for G6 and higher Material nodes for players operations 62 and above a selkie or higher survey ship is required to be used. The above does not prevent faction miners being utilised on other materials or resources with the exception of Voyager Anomaly space
    5. 




  5. Only warships which are OPC (over protected cargo) are permitted to be attacked at any time through the galaxy. Note – this does not void Rule of Engagement #3
